1. You order
Pick a plan and tell us where to send your child’s next adventure. We confirm by email within minutes.
2. We pack
Boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of every month. New subscribers get their first box within 5–7 business days.
3. We deliver
Most boxes arrive within 5–7 business days of shipping. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Every box is hand-packed with the same care your child brings to a new adventure. We pad the fragile bits, recycle what we can, and partner with reliable carriers so your box arrives safe and on schedule.
Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is on the way — join our newsletter to be first in line.
How fast it arrives
First boxes ship within 1–2 business days of ordering and arrive within 5–7 business days. Recurring boxes head out at the start of every month.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat-rate of $4 in the US.
Safe arrival promise
If a box shows up damaged, lost, or just isn’t right, email us a photo within 3 days and we’ll send a replacement — no return shipping required.
A few helpful notes
Cutoff dates
Order anytime! Your first box will ship within 1-2 days. Then you will be on a recurring schedule with boxes shipping at the start of every month. This means you may receive two boxes fairly close together (extra exciting!) but after that, they will arrive monthly.
Address changes
Update your shipping address anytime in your account dashboard before the 1st of the month. After your box ships we can’t reroute it, so please double-check before then.
Tracking your box
As soon as your box leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also see live status updates in your account dashboard.
