These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Little Pretenders website and subscription services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Little Pretenders is a monthly subscription box service delivering screen-free, imagination-driven pretend play activities for children ages 4 to 9.

We offer subscription plans on a monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month basis. Billing occurs at the start of each subscription cycle. All prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Shipping is a flat-rate of $4 in the US. Gift subscriptions and prepaid plans are charged in full at the time of purchase.

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

First boxes ship within 1-2 business days of ordering and arrive within 5-7 business days. Recurring boxes ship at the start of every month.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date.

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on your first box. If your first box is not a fit, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

If a box arrives damaged, email us a photo at support@littlepretenders.com within 3 days of delivery and we will send a replacement. No return shipping is required.

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once activated by the recipient.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials, is the property of Little Pretenders and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Little Pretenders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or subscription services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
